Installed xming and python packages, and enabled x11 after much confusion. was able to get teh graph to show after this

Challenges: was looking into using putty but there was no need to. I just logged in as root user with -Y command through gitbash, and made sure that xming was running in the backgroud. I originally tried to use linux and it gave me errors
